Fellows Day

Each year, approximately 15 Fellows are selected from a pool of more than 115 applicants to spend 12 months in orthopaedic training. The Fellowship program, which began in 1999, is a joint venture between the Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education (FORE) and Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI).

FORE Hand Fellowship

The Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education ACGME-accredited Hand Fellowship Program is closely aligned with Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI), the largest orthopaedic group in the state of Florida. The goal of the program is to improve fellow's performance in a diverse programming covering all aspects of upper extremity surgery including pediatrics in a high volume setting. The model for this fellowship is a one-on-one apprenticeship with close supervision and interaction with fellowship trained attending staff.
