Registration fee includes all sessions, a course syllabus, and breaks for the participant only. A confirmation email will be sent one week prior to the activity (no registration is confirmed without full payment).

Refund Policy

The Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education Continuing Medical Education Office reserves the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstance, in which the full enrollment fee will be refunded. The FORE CME Office will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in case of cancellation. Without exception, refunds minus a $200 cancellation fee will be given 60 days prior to the start of the activity. Requests for refunds must be received in writing 60 days prior to the start date of the activity. Accommodations for Disabilities: Please notify the Continuing Medical Education Office, 13020 Telecom Parkway N, Tampa, FL 33637 or call (813) 910-3652 a minimum of ten working days in advance of the event if a reasonable accommodation for a disability is needed.
