This Thursday May 13^th from 12pm-7pm, the Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education (FORE) will be hosting their grand opening at 13020 N. Telecom Pkwy, Tampa, Fl 33637. The Surgical Training Center, which specializes in orthopaedic and spine surgery, will be capable of training up to 5000 surgeons and medical professionals every year.

Surgical training allows surgeons and their teams to improve and hone their skills which can lead to better patient care. It is critical that surgeons are trained on the latest medical devices and surgical techniques in the constantly evolving field of orthopaedics. This facility will be used to bring surgeons from around the world to train in Tampa. Additionally, workshops involving the orthopaedic residency program at the University of South Florida are scheduled to take place in 2010.
